Technical Sales Consultant – Glasgow Service Branch
Job Description
We are looking for an individual with previous lift experience and a background in sales or business development within a busy office environment. The role requires a target‑driven mindset and a strong commitment to customer‑service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure sales opportunities by building internal networks and targeting new and existing customers for minor repairs and equipment enhancements.
- Manage a strong sales pipeline to meet targets, ensuring accurate and timely quotes, proposals, and follow‑ups for minor repair work.
- Maintain detailed records of all activities, including leads, quotations, meeting notes, and outcomes, using tools such as Excel.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing regular updates to the Branch Manager.
- Promote safety, quality, and the Stannah brand while demonstrating flexibility, professionalism, and occasional travel within the service area.
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 0900‑1715; Friday: 0900‑1645.
Qualifications
- GCSE English Grade C or above.
- Lift experience preferred.
- Proven sales experience.
