As a General Operative, you will play an important role in supporting the production of high-quality tiling products, helping to ensure goods are manufactured, checked, and prepared efficiently and safely. The Role Duties will include: Assisting with manufacturing, production, and assembly processes Operating machinery safely in line with site procedures Handling materials and supporting the smooth flow of production Carrying out basic quality checks on finished products Reporting any issues or defects to the relevant team member Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organised Working as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines Following health and safety guidance at all times Shift Pattern This role works Monday to Friday on a 3-week rotating shift pattern: Week 1: 06:00 – 14:00 Week 2: 14:00 – 22:00 Week 3: 22:00 – 06:00 Shift patterns may vary depending on company requirements, so flexibility is required.
