CNC Setter Operator Hyde £15 - £17 per hour Temp to Perm CNC Setter Operator We're looking for an experienced CNC Setter Operator to join our Machine Shop team, reporting to the Machine Shop Supervisor. Key Responsibilities Set and operate CNC machines using Fanuc controls Work across vertical, horizontal, and turn/mill machining centres Produce fasteners and precision turned/machined components Carry out first-off and in‑process inspections to works instructions Select, replace, and manage tooling for each job Perform weekly machine maintenance checks and report faults Maintain a clean and safe workshop and personal work area Support additional tasks as required by the management teamKey Skills & Experience CNC setting, operation, and basic programming knowledge Strong numeracy and literacy skills High attention to detail and commitment to qualityIf you're a reliable CNC professional with a quality-driven mindset, we'd like to hear from you.
