?? Nuneaton (Hybrid)
?? £28,000-£32,000 + Commission
This is your chance to join a growing renewable energy business at the forefront of heat pump solutions -a market that's only going one way ??
We're looking for someone who thrives on building pipelines, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into business .
?? What you'll be doing:
Driving new business opportunities within the construction & renewables space
Building relationships with developers, architects & contractors
Managing and developing a strong sales pipeline
Supporting projects from initial enquiry through to tender stage
?? What we're looking for:
Experience in business development, sales, or account management
Background in construction, HVAC, M&E, engineering or renewables (ideal)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience in sales operations or pipeline management is a big plus
Someone proactive, driven, and confident opening doors
?? If you've worked in construction sales, this will feel like a natural next step.
