Are you an experienced
Care & Support Worker
with a passion for supporting people with
ASD/ learning disabilities
to live fulfilling, active and independent lives?

We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable and caring people to support a young lady of 13, who has an autism diagnosis.

Every day is different. You’ll support our clients with the things that matter to them, including:

Going for walks and exploring the local community

Swimming and other activities

Building positive, trusting relationships

Developing routines and encouraging independence

Supporting clients to access their community and social activities

Helping people try new experiences and enjoy the things they love

What we offer

£16.25 per hour + holiday pay

Holiday pay is
accrued up to 28 days per year, including bank holidays
.

Flexible Hours Available

full-time and part-time positions

Overnights • Weekends

We also have
Friday night shifts available
for those looking for additional hours or a regular night shift.
