Role: Full Stack Engineer

Salary: up to £95,000

Location: London - 1 day a week in the office

Arcus Search have partnered with a high-growth AI start-up helping enterprise organisations adopt AI at scale. Following strong growth, they are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to lead the development of their flagship AI Product.

The role:

This is a hands-on senior engineering role with end-to-end ownership across the full stack. You'll write production-quality code, lead key architecture decisions, and collaborate closely with Product, Design, and GTM to shape and continuously improve the product. This is a high-impact position for an engineer who wants to contribute at both the technical and strategic level."

We're looking for:

• Background in B2B SaaS or AI-native organisations
• Strong command of JavaScript, TypeScript, or Vue
• Proficiency in Python or Java
• Proven track record building APIs, backend services, and data-driven product features
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
