A specialist property investment company is looking to hire a Management Accountant. Reporting directly to the Director, this role offers an excellent opportunity to add value and gain exposure to senior leadership.



The role:

Reporting to the Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee multi-entity invoicing, payments, and bank management

\t

Manage accounting systems, reconciliations, and creditor reporting

\t

Maintain deal ledgers, financial summaries, and project reporting

\t

Coordinate with external accountants and statutory submissions

\t

Monitor cash flow, intercompany transfers, and funding requirements

\t

Ensure rental income collection and general operational administration

What you'll need to succeed

You'll be a fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with property experience. Ideally you will have industry experience within the property sector. You must be immediately available or on short notice.



What you'll get in return

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £65,000. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and add value.
