THE ROLE

We have an opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor 5 + PQE to join a highly regarded regional corporate team

The firm has a solid reputation advising a broad range of corporate clients both in the UK and globally from the technology, retail and fashion, construction and more general commercial sectors

The post holder will be expected to handle a broad transactional workload including M &A, joint ventures, funding and reorganisations in addition to participating in marketing and business development activities

THE CANDIDATE

You will have relevant experience as a corporate fee earner looking to make a career move to a new and exciting xwzovoh role offering a significant level of responsibility and an opportunity for career progression
