Document Controller - Major Projects Location: Olney, Buckinghamshire (Hybrid) Working Pattern: 3 days onsite (Tues-Thurs), 2 days remote Contract: 12-month initial contract Hours: 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday Start Date: ASAP About the Role We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join a major infrastructure project within the power and energy sector. This is an exciting opportunity to support a large, complex project, ensuring efficient document control and information management across multiple stakeholders. You will play a key role in maintaining accuracy, compliance, and version control of project documentation using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain all project documentation within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Ensure accurate document control, tracking, and version management Maintain up-to-date document registers Distribute documentation to internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner Support collaboration between project teams, consultants, and contractors Ensure compliance with project information management protocols Participate in audits and drive continuous process improvements Attend meetings and produce clear, accurate meeting minutes About You Proven experience as a Document Controller Background within construction, design, or energy/infrastructure projects Strong understanding of document control processes and systems Experience working with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) (or similar CDE platforms) Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident working with multiple stakeholders across project teams Excellent communication and coordination skills What's on Offer Opportunity to work on a large-scale infrastructure project Hybrid working model Collaborative and fast-paced project environment Immediate start availableIf you're a detail-driven Document Controller looking to work on impactful projects, we'd love to hear from you.
