About the role
The Growth Foundation is seeking a Head of Retention to oversee the lifecycle marketing function for a premium consumer brand. This pivotal role will involve owning the CRM and retention strategy while executing personalised customer experiences, managing segmentation, and collaborating with multiple teams to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CRM and retention marketing within a DTC ecommerce setting, particularly with Klaviyo and Shopify. The role offers an exciting opportunity to build retention capabilities from the ground up.
