DUTIESDAY-TO-DAY

Yourrolewillbeworkingwiththe rest of the team; growing the customer base and loyalty, through great teamwork and customer service. You will report into the Branch Manager who will ensure you are trained with great skills for the job.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Buildingcustomerrelationships,inordertocreateagreatshopatmosphereandcustomer loyalty
• Ensuringcompanywidecampaignsarepromotedtoourcustomers
• Acceptingbets,accuratesettlement,andpaymentofwinningbets
• Monitortheactivityofourcompetitorsmakingsurewereaheadofthegame
• Totakeallpossiblestepstoprovideasafeworkingenvironment
• DeputiseintheabsenceoftheBranchManager
