We're recruiting on behalf of a world-leading manufacturer operating across more than 140 countries, supplying innovative products to customers within the automotive, industrial and infrastructure sectors.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Import & Export Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth movement of goods both nationally and internationally.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments across domestic and international markets.
• Preparing and reviewing import and export documentation, ensuring full compliance with customs regulations.
• Managing tariff codes, country of origin information, airway bills and freight documentation.
• Maintaining accurate inventory and stock records through SAP (training provided).
• Liaising with freight forwarders, carriers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.
• Supporting customs processes and helping resolve shipping or documentation queries.
• Managing goods-in and goods-out documentation.
• Assisting with warehouse operations and inventory control activities.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and supply chain processes.
• Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed within the warehouse environment.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with candidates who have previous experience within import/export, freight forwarding, shipping coordination or logistics administration.
You'll ideally have:

• Experience managing import and export shipments.
• Knowledge of customs procedures, tariff classifications and international freight documentation.
• Experience working within logistics, supply chain or freight environments.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems (SAP would be advantageous).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with customers, freight providers and colleagues.
• A proactive approach with a passion for improving processes and delivering excellent service.
