Supermarket Refrigeration Engineer Location: Central London Salary: Competitive hourly rate, dependent on experience Hours: 45 hours per week Rota: 1 in 4 standby We are currently recruiting for experienced Supermarket Refrigeration Engineers to join an established team covering sites across Central London. This is a great opportunity for an experienced refrigeration engineer with a strong supermarket background, offering a competitive package with additional payments for London waiting time and standby. The Role You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault finding on supermarket refrigeration systems across customer sites, ensuring equipment is operating efficiently and reliably. The role will include: * Planned preventative maintenance * Reactive breakdowns and fault finding * Repairs and servicing of refrigeration systems * Working across supermarket environments * Customer-facing engineering duties * Participation in a 1 in 4 standby rota Requirements * Proven supermarket refrigeration experience * F-Gas Category 1 qualification * Hydrocarbon certification is essential * CO₂ experience/certification would be highly beneficial * Strong fault-finding and servicing experience * Full UK driving licence Package * Competitive hourly rate based on experience * 45-hour working week * Door-to-door pay * 1 in 4 standby * London waiting time paid on top of salary * Standby payments paid on top of salary * Opportunity to work on a strong portfolio of supermarket refrigeration sites If you're an experienced Supermarket Refrigeration Engineer looking for a new opportunity in Central London, we'd be keen to hear from you
