We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join a prestigious culinary operation in Hampshire.

This role is ideal for a chef with a strong background in luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, or high-end hospitality, who is passionate about exceptional ingredients, refined presentation, and consistently outstanding culinary standards.

Working closely with the Head Chef and senior management team, you will play a key role in leading the kitchen brigade and ensuring every service meets the highest standards.

• Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen brigade to deliver exceptional food and service.

• Take responsibility for the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.

• Maintain consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.

• Oversee preparation, mise en place, and service across all sections.

• Work with premium and seasonal ingredients to deliver refined, creative dishes.
