Architectural Technician

Architectural Technician  Leicestershire  Up to £35,000 Aztrum are proud to announce that we will be partnering with an exciting architectural practice located in Leicestershire. My client is looking to appoint a motivated and performance driven Architectural Technician to contribute to the ongoing success of the practice.  Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role: Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications  Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and planning policies  Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues  Support planning applications and building control submissionsKey Requirements for this Architectural Technician role: Revit proficiency essential  Minimum 2 years’ experience within architectural practice  Experience in the Retail & Commercial sectors desired  Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes  Experience in producing technical drawings and construction documentation  Proven track record on working towards RIBA stages 0-4If this opportunity sounds like a fit, please contact Harley on   or alternatively you can contact him on (phone number removed) for more information
