Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Roadside Technician to join our team, working on-site in the East Anglia. As a Roadside Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicle breakdowns, conducting basic maintenance tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be required to provide on-the-spot solutions, maintain accurate service records, and follow safety protocols while working in various roadside conditions to support drivers in need.

Qualifications

Technical automotive skills, including diagnostics, repairs, and basic maintenance
Strong customer service and communication skills to provide clear updates and reassurance
Adaptable problem-solving and time management abilities for urgent roadside situations
Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and familiarity with diagnostic tools and software
Ability to work safely in outdoor environments and follow health and safety guidelines
Valid driver's license
Experience in roadside repairs
