Day to day Teacher

The responsibilities of the Day to Day teacher role: * Keep pupils engaged and on schedule * Adapt activities if needed (depending on time, ability, or behaviour) * Keep a positive and safe working environment for staff and students * Be alert to any concerns and report them to the designated safeguarding lead (DSL) * Deal calmly with disruptions * Build quick rapport with pupils To apply for this Day to Day Primary Teacher role, you will need the following: * Teaching certification or QTS. * Proficiency in the primary curriculum and effective instructional techniques. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * A genuine passion for teaching and motivating students to excel. * Have experience working in Primary schools The benefits of this Primary teacher role: * A daily rate of £125-£155 * PAYE and Umbrella payment options * Holiday pay of 12.07% * Free CPD training available via the smile portal * No planning * Flexible work * Referral scheme up to £200 * Dedicated consultant working within your area.
