Overview
I am currently recruiting for an OTA to work with my client in Hackney.
You will be working in the Reablement at Home pilot service.
The Reablement at Home pilot service is designed to support individuals in Hackney to regain independence and achieve therapy-led goals in their own homes. The pilot aims to inform the long-term recommissioning of wider homecare services by testing and refining a reablement approach delivered by commissioned providers.
Description of the Service
A Reablement approach will be offered to residents for up to 6 weeks, with the aim to review and reduce the input provided with the resident throughout the duration.
The contract is 37 hours per week. £30.81 per hour.
This is initially a 6-month contract.
Requirements
At least 1 years experience
Clear DBS (we can put this in process for you)What's on offer
