We are a successful Artisan Bakery near Ilford that has been trading for many years. We are looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Head Baker to oversee the team of 6 bakers alongside the Head baker.You need to have aminimum of 7 years experience with artisan breads and management of a team.

The job requires:

• Experience of running a bread production and the understanding of artisan breads
• Understanding of the product / breads to a high level
• Managing a team or bakers within the production
• Communicate information and any changes to the team
• Keep the team motivated and working, checking for quality and thoroughness? xwzovoh ?
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• 7+ years of experience necessary of artisan bread baking and running a bakery production
