Maintenance Worker - Maintenance - Full-Time

We are a Housing Association in North Belfast providing affordable quality housing to those in need. We have recently expanded our operations in Belfast to over 1200 properties and we currently employ 50 staff. We wish to recruit a suitably qualified person for the following post: MAINTENANCE OFFICERRef: MO/06/26 Reporting to the Customer Repairs Manager, the jobholder will ensure the effective and efficient delivery of property management operations. This is a full-time permanent post working 37 hours per week.
