Deputy Manager - Community Support Service Belfast | £32,066.93 35 hours per week | Fixed term to Dec 2028 | On-call rota required Staffline Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading voluntary sector organisation for a Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day delivery of a community-based service for individuals with complex needs. This service is for women leaving prison that supports women who find themselves in the criminal justice system helping them to integrate back into their communities. Essential Criteria: Relevant qualification in Health & Social Care, Community or Social Sciences Minimum 2 years' experience supporting vulnerable or marginalised individuals OR Minimum 2 years' supervisory/line management experience Minimum 2 years' experience supporting vulnerable or marginalised individuals Skills: Team leadership and staff supervision Supporting people with complex needs Strong communication and IT skills Report writing and decision making Knowledge of safeguarding and risk management Additional Requirements: Full driving licence and access to a vehicle Ability to travel and participate in an on-call rota Benefits: 35 days annual leave, paid sick leave, enhanced family-friendly policies, pension scheme, health cash plan and ongoing development opportunities.
