As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering change and transformation programmes bringing hands‑on delivery experience, strong consulting skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.Our Programme Advisory division specialises in the strategy, set‑up and transformation of major programme organisations across the public and private sectors and has grown significantly since its creation in 2018, building a strong track record of delivering complex transformations in the UK and internationally. We are constantly evolving and finding better ways to support our clients, so we are looking for individuals who are energetic, proactive, and passionate about making a meaningful difference delivering tangible result for our clients and contributing to the continued growth of our team.Change and transformation are at the heart of what we do. We work across the entire lifecycle, conducting diagnostic reviews, designing operating models, delivering transformation programmes, and managing business change activity to embed new ways of working.As a Senior Consultant your key responsibilities will be to:Develop and deliver business change strategies, engagement plans and high quality client deliverablesLead or support activities such as stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, complexity assessments and readiness reviewsDesign, facilitate and run client workshops and presentationsManage delivery plans, risks, issues, and reporting to ensure successful commission outcomesBuild and develop strong relationships with key client stakeholdersContribute towards the preparation of bid proposalsSupport internal activities within the Programme Advisory team such as the development of transformation products and methodologies or improving our internal ways of workingQualificationsWe would expect experience in one or more capabilities listed below at a Practitioner level (good understanding of the topic and used on at least one project).Ideally experience working in a consulting environment (other consultancies or as an internal consultant) or be able to demonstrate a consulting skillsetA proven track record of delivering tangible results on change and transformation projects through the application of business change methodologiesExperience of programme and project management within a complex change environment with multiple workstreamsExperience in Operating Model design and implementationExperience of managing stakeholders within large and complex organisationsExperience of designing and facilitating client workshopsExperience of managing the production of high-quality change and transformation deliverables within challenging timescalesExperience of leading solution development for a change and transformation project Experience in organisational design and developmentExperience developing client relationships and developing new business opportunitiesChange management and transformation qualifications are favourable (e.g., MSP, APMG Change Management, Prosci)Experience in some/all the following sectors: infrastructure, rail, utilities, healthcare, defence, natural resources, and real estateSkills:Knowledge and application of business change principlesExcellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsGood presentation skillsHigh attention to detailOutcomes focussedEntrepreneurial mindsetPassionate and energeticAdditional information:Possession or eligibility of UK security clearance (sole UK) is viewed favourably but not essentialExpected to be on site 2-3 days per weekAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
