Site Supervisor – Public Realm (NOT Heavy Civils) Location: Wolverhampton (WV3) Rate: £25-£26 per hour (CIS) Hours: 9 hours per day We are recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in Public Realm / Streetscape works to support delivery on a project in Wolverhampton. ⚠️ Please note: This role is not suited to candidates whose experience is primarily in heavy civils. We are specifically looking for supervisors with experience in public-facing environments (pedestrians, traffic management, town centres) Key Experience Required: * Public realm / streetscape / urban improvement projects * Supervising paving, kerbing, and footway works * Experience working in live environments (pedestrians, traffic management, town centres) * Coordination of multiple trades in tight or phased work areas Duties: * Supervise day-to-day site operations and subcontractors * Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard * Maintain quality control on paving and surface finishes * Manage site logistics in a live/public environment * Liaise with site team and support programme delivery Requirements: * CSCS Card * SSSTS minimum * Proven Public Realm / Highways / External Works supervision experience * Strong communication and organisational skills This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality finished environments.
