Night Concierge

Night Concierge 4 on, 4 Off, 7pm – 7am London SW7 circa annual £30k-£35k incl benefits Exceptional and experienced team player Night Concierge required to be the first port of call for residents and visitors at a high end residential development in Kensington. The right candidate will have 5 star expertise either from experience of working in a five star hotel environment or strong proven track record of working in a private residential building. Must have good organisational skills, excellent communication skills and customer service skills, a good understanding of Health and Safety, and have a strong proven track record. The concierge services for the property include but are not limited to holding keys, taking deliveries, carrying parcels & shopping, greeting, screening and escorting visitors, reporting any health and safety issues, and ensuring that the common parts are kept clean and tidy. The Night Concierge will be responsible for ensuring that the reception is manned at all times and that the residents needs are met whilst at the same time maintaining the security of the premises. The successful candidate must be extremely well presented and polite. All applicants must have a strong command of the English language, must be assertive, show initiative and have a very keen eye for detail
