About the role
Executive Recruit Scotland is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead an established engineering contractor in central Scotland. The role follows a structured handover from the MD, with full operational ownership and strategic responsibility for profitability and growth.
You'll oversee a team of around 20 across manufacturing, CAD, project delivery, installation and administration, ensuring safe, efficient delivery of technically complex ventilation projects across the UK.
