Production/Warehouse Operator 📍 Hatfield (AL9) | 💷 £25,000-£27,500 | Permanent | Immediate Start Are you looking for a permanent role with a well-established manufacturing company that offers excellent training, career progression and an early finish every Friday? We're recruiting for a Production Operator to join a busy and supportive manufacturing team in Hatfield (AL9). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in production, assembly or warehouse operations who is looking to build a long-term career. What You'll Be Doing General assembly and basic wiring Picking, packing and preparing products for dispatch Reeling, cutting and palletising materials Checking picking lists and printing labels Using an ERP/inventory system to manage stock Reading basic engineering drawings and work instructions Supporting production targets while maintaining high quality standards Working collaboratively with the wider production team What We're Looking For Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly or warehouse environments Picking, packing or stock control experience Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach Ability to read picking lists and identify parts accurately Experience with ERP/MRP systems or engineering drawings is advantageous but not essential What's On Offer Permanent position Salary of £25,000-£27,500 Monday to Thursday: 7:30am-4:30pm Friday: 7:30am-12:30pm (early finish every week) Full training provided Excellent career progression opportunities Friendly, supportive working environment Immediate start available If you're looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a growing manufacturer, we'd love to hear from you.
