HR Coordinator (Temporary)
Location: Nottingham
Rate: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract: Temporary until Christmas  Start Date: Immediate
The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Coordinator to join a busy and supportive HR team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys a varied workload and can hit the ground running.
The role is for an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
Providing first-line HR support to managers and employees
Coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities
Supporting payroll administration and ensuring data accuracy
Managing employee records and HR documentation
Monitoring and recording absence information
Assisting with employee relations administration
Coordinating offboarding and leaver processes
Maintaining HR systems and ensuring GDPR compliance
Providing general HR administrative support across the employee lifecycleAbout You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous HR coordination experience
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confidence in managing multiple priorities independently
Experience supporting recruitment, payroll and employee records
Good understanding of HR processes and employment practices
Excellent communication skills and a professional approach
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages
The ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
