REF 115 – REGISTERED MANAGER – FARNHAM – £50,000 + BONUS + EXCELLENT BENEFITS – GOOD-RATED SPECIALIST NURSING HOME Ready to lead a Good-rated specialist service with the backing of a national care provider? Forest Care Selection is working with an established provider to recruit a Registered Manager for a specialist nursing home supporting people with learning and physical disabilities in the Farnham area. As Registered Manager, you will: * Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of an established service, keeping quality, compliance, recruitment, training and administration on track. * Build strong relationships with families, commissioners, local partners and wider stakeholders. * Use audits, action plans and quality checks to drive continuous improvement across the service. * Lead, develop and motivate an experienced team to deliver consistently high standards of person-centred care. To be considered, you will need: * Experience holding CQC registration within a residential care or nursing home setting. * A track record of improving or maintaining Good-rated services. * Experience leading learning disability, autism or complex care services would be advantageous. * Level 5 Health and Social Care, or an equivalent leadership qualification.
