The group advises a diverse client base including businesses, senior executives and entrepreneurs across the UK and internationally. The work is varied, high quality and commercially focused, offering exposure to strategic HR advisory matters, Employment Tribunal litigation, complex exits, restrictive covenants, workplace investigations, TUPE and transactional support.The team works closely with colleagues across Corporate, Real Estate, Private Client, Immigration and Dispute Resolution, providing excellent opportunities for cross practice collaboration and career development.The RoleYou will work across the full spectrum of employment law, including:Advising on employment documentation, policies, disciplinary and grievance processes, family friendly rights, redundancy and GDPRRunning Employment Tribunal litigation, including drafting pleadings, attending Preliminary Hearings and managing case progressionSupporting corporate transactions through due diligence, identifying red flag issues, drafting warranties and indemnities, and advising on TUPEAdvising senior executives on severance terms and exit negotiationsHandling employment and partnership disputes (High Court CPR knowledge beneficial but not essential)Ensuring compliance with all regulatory obligationsThis is a busy, successful team with strong growth ambitions and excellent partner access.Candidate RequirementsThis role is suited to an Employment Associate with:2-4 years' PQE (England & Wales qualified or equivalent)Strong drafting skills across contentious and non contentious workExperience conducting Employment Tribunal proceedings for both Claimants and RespondentsFamiliarity with employment data protection issues, including DSARsExperience advising on TUPE and transactional employment mattersConfidence handling employment status issues and drafting contracts for servicesStrong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse client baseExcellent time management and the ability to work to tight deadlinesA pragmatic, results focused approach and willingness to contribute to business developmentAbility to balance independent working with strong team collaborationBenefitsThe firm offers:High quality, varied employment workStrong partner access and clear progression opportunitiesA supportive, collaborative and inclusive team cultureOpportunities to contribute to seminars, training and BD initiativesA diverse and sophisticated client baseHow to ApplyIf this opportunity sounds of interest or you'd like a confidential conversation about your next career move, please contact:Email: : / *At Chadwick Nott, we are committed to developing a diverse and inclusive culture as well as supporting our large client network achieve the same.
