The Role: .
Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene and kitchen safety
Support chefs by ensuring equipment, cookware and utensils are available and ready
Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
Keep kitchen and back-of-house areas tidy, organised and hazard-free
Uphold brand, hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, surfaces, floors and storage areas
Ensure all crockery, cookware and utensils are washed, sanitised and stored correctly
Manage waste disposal, recycling and chemical usage safely
Prepare workstation areas before service and complete end-of-shift duties
Communicate effectively with culinary and service teams to support seamless operations
