Customer Service Coordinator – Snodland
Our client is looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join their busy team in Snodland. This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer service background and an excellent telephone manner.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Provide a high level of customer service from first contact through to delivery
Process orders accurately and update customer information
Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to resolve queries
Keep customers informed and ensure a smooth service at all times
Requirements
Strong customer service experience (essential)
Confident and professional telephone manner
Good communication and organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
Experience using CRM systems
