Site Supervisor – Surfacing (ASAP Start) We are currently recruiting for 1 experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing surfacing team with an immediate start available. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on supervisor with a strong background in surfacing works, overseeing projects across the South West and South of England. Location Projects are located throughout: * Exeter * Portsmouth * Bristol * Oxford * Surrounding areas Regular travel between sites will be required, with a company van provided. Salary & Benefits * Approximately £45,000 per annum * Company van * Long-term opportunity with a growing business * Varied projects across multiple locations The Role As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will coordinate site teams, liaise with clients and ensure all health and safety procedures are followed. Key responsibilities include: * Supervising surfacing crews on site * Managing programme and daily site activities * Ensuring works are delivered safely and on schedule * Conducting site briefings and maintaining health & safety standards * Liaising with clients, subcontractors and management teams * Monitoring quality and productivity throughout projects * Completing site documentation and reports Requirements * Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within the surfacing sector * Strong knowledge of asphalt and resin surfacing * Valid SSSTS certificate * Valid CSCS card * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Full UK driving licence * Flexible approach to travel and working across multiple locations
