Estimator – Fit-Out & Refurbishment Location: Manchester Salary: Up to £60,000 We are currently working in partnership with a well-established fit-out contractor based in Manchester who is looking to appoint an Estimator to join their growing team. The Role You will be working within a small, collaborative team, reporting directly to the Commercial Director. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in pricing and delivering a diverse range of fit-out and refurbishment projects. About the Company Our client specialises in Cat A and Cat B fit-out and refurbishment schemes across a variety of sectors, including: * Private Rented Sector (Build-to-Rent) * Student Accommodation * Commercial Offices * Leisure & Hospitality * NHS & Healthcare Recent Projects * Build-to-rent fit-out scheme in Salford * Office fit-out in Manchester * Student accommodation refurbishment in Glasgow * Golf clubhouse refurbishment in Manchester Key Responsibilities * Preparing and submitting competitive tenders and cost estimates * Analysing drawings, specifications, and project requirements * Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing * Supporting the commercial team throughout the pre-construction phase Requirements * Previous experience as an Estimator within fit-out or refurbishment * Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and organisational skills What’s on Offer * Salary up to £60,000 (dependent on experience) * Opportunity to work on diverse, high-quality projects * Supportive team environment with direct exposure to senior leadership
