This is a hands-on Content Creator Lead role focused on driving social-first content for a major beauty brand in the UK. You will own the end-to-end creation process, from ideation through to final delivery, while collaborating closely with brand and UGC teams to ensure content is culturally relevant and on-trend.
KEY CONTRACT DETAILS
6+ month contract, outside IR35
Hybrid working in London (3 days per week on-site)
£200 - £220 per day
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead the creation of TikTok and Instagram content from concept through to final edit
Capture high-quality, real-time content at shoots, events, and activations
Re-edit and repurpose existing content to maintain freshness and consistency
Contribute to creative ideation and develop visual treatments aligned to campaign strategy
Support creator briefs and collaborate with internal teams on content planning and delivery
Manage posting, scheduling, and community engagement across social channels
ABOUT YOU
3+ years' experience in social-first content creation, videography, or visual storytelling
Proven experience xwzovoh within the beauty sector, with strong knowledge of skincare content
Strong proficiency with mobile-first editing tools (e.g. CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom)
Demonstrable portfolio showcasing creative, trend-led content for TikTok and Instagram
Experience working in fast-paced environments, ideally within an in-house brand team
