We are seeking a strong General Manager to lead a successful, foodled pub located in a beautiful village setting on a working country estate .

This is a hands?on role suited to an experienced operator who can confidently run and further develop an established business. You'll enjoy real autonomy and creative freedom , particularly in delivering a field, to fork menu using high?quality estate produce .
The role includes:
Full day?to?day management of the pub
Maintaining high standards of food, service, and operations
Menu development with a strong provenance focus
Leading, training, and motivating the team
Driving growth, reputation, and community engagement

About you:
Proven pub or hospitality management experience
Commercial, motivated, and quality?driven
Passion for seasonal food and rural hospitality
Applications from management couples are warmly welcomed
