M&E Quantity Surveyor

We are currently working with a well-established and growing M&E contractor based in Dartford who are looking to bring on board an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor. This is a great opportunity to join a busy business delivering a mix of commercial, residential and large-scale projects, with a strong pipeline of work secured. The Role: * Commercial management of M&E projects from pre-con through to final account * Working closely with project and operational teams * Subcontractor procurement and management * Cost reporting, forecasting and valuations * Managing variations and contractual matters Requirements: * Experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor within building services * Strong commercial awareness across mechanical and/or electrical packages * Experience delivering projects in the £1m–£10m range * Ability to work both independently and within a team What’s on Offer: * Up to £80,000 basic salary * Car allowance / package * Long-term progression within a growing business * Strong pipeline of secured work If you’re an M&E QS looking for a fresh opportunity within a busy and supportive environment, please apply or get in touch for a confidential chat
