RJC are working with a Global Commodity Trading Company based in London who are searching for a Lead C# Developer.

They are looking for a hands-on Software Engineer to lead a small but scaling team of developers in their IT function. This is a modern technical environment so you will need a good hands on grasp of C# and some front end technology.

Requirements)

5+ years of commercial experience in C#
Some exposure to front end technology: Angular/React
current experience working in a trading environment (financial, commodity etc)
Understanding a full trade xwzovoh lifecycle
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to make both the product and team more agile

This is a Hybrid role (three days in office) with an open salary range
