Greencoat Fund Finance Manager

Who we’re looking forWe are looking for a Fund Finance Manager – French funds/mandates. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for fund finance and operations and supporting valuation governance across Schroders Greencoat funds and mandates, including French and European entities. The candidate will act as a key liaison between the Fund Finance team, the Paris investment team and service providers, supporting robust governance, reporting, audit processes and adherence to Fund, Schroders Greencoat and Schroders Group standards. Schroders' success can be attributed to its diversified business model, spanning different asset classes, client types and geographies.What you’ll doFund Finance ManagementLiaising with and overseeing all activities delivered by the Fund administrators and other service providers  Manage the production of and review quarterly/annual investor reports, managing the annual audit process  Manage the process of and reviewing drawdowns & distributionsEnsure all regulatory, tax and statutory obligations are met and perform reviews, where necessaryAssist with quarterly valuations process Preparing annual budgets / liquidity managementWeekly meetings with service providers and investment teamsAttending to investor queries and in coordination with investor relations team Co-ordinating and liaising with service providers to ensure all French regulatory and investor reporting requirements are metManaging relationships with Funds’ administrators, depositary, auditors, tax advisors etcEnsuring compliance with all company secretarial matters  Governance and operations/support Perform fund reconciliations and fund performance analytics Prepare and/or review payment runs, when necessaryQuarterly governance and report preparation for each Fund/vehicleEnsure adherence to the policies and procedures of the FundEnsure all obligations are logged on Obligations Management site, and are up to date (e.g. reporting dates and regulatory deadlines)  Monitor compliance with all Fund documentation and agreementsGeneral administrative duties and projects, as required  Valuation governance supportWorking closely with the non-executive Chair of the Valuation Committee to:Support the consistent application of valuation policies and procedures, working with investment teams and Fund Finance to coordinate valuation work.Support valuation governance and reporting processes, including committee materials, decision records, standardised reporting packs, audit and compliance queries, and liaison with independent valuation adviser.Contribute valuation-related updates to the wider business, including in response to investor queries or due diligence, supporting product development and staying abreast of regulatory or sector developments.The knowledge, experience and qualifications you needUnderstanding of closed-ended fund and/or holding structures (real estate or infrastructure), ideally for French assurance investorsExperience in European, including French, reporting frameworksChartered or certified accountant with a minimum of five years’ post-qualified experienceExcellent MS office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlinesGood planning and organizationGreat attention to detailFluent in French, oral and writtenWe Recognise Potential, Whoever You AreOur purpose is to deliver excellent investment performance to clients through active management.
