Your responsibilities will include: Delivering High-Quality Teaching Plan and teach creative, engaging lessons that encourage enthusiasm for learning across your chosen key stage. Creating an Inclusive Classroom Establish a safe and encouraging environment where all pupils feel confident, valued, and supported. Encouraging Development Promote independence, curiosity, and critical thinking through well-structured and differentiated teaching approaches. Building Relationships Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and leadership teams to support pupil progress and wellbeing.
