Part Time Sheltered Manager

Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient Sheltered Manager on an 8 week contract situated in Warrington This will involve covering a Sheltered Scheme in central Warrington working 20 hours per week, 4-5 hours per day, Monday to Friday The role as Independent Living Officer will involve: - Providing a frontline service to residents within a Scheme - Managing Compliance processes - Supporting residents with Income issues - Completing Heath and Safety checks - Morning Calls - Support Plans - Risk Assessments - Managing voids Due to the nature of this role you must have Social Housing/or Social Care experience To start this role you must have an Enhanced DBS Check Only apply if you match the above criteria Eden Brown is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
