We are currently looking for enthusiastic and committed Primary Teachers to work across a number of our trusted primary schools throughout Somerset. Positions are offered on both a full and part-time basis from EYFS to KS2.
The Role:
· Deliver engaging and challenging lessons across the primary age range.
· Adapt your teaching to meet the needs of pupils with a range of abilities, including children with SEN.
· Create a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and grow.
· Maintain effective classroom management and promote positive behaviour.
· Encourage pupils to develop confidence, independence and a genuine enjoyment of learning.
Our Ideal candidate will have:
· A QTS, PGCE or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
· An up-to-date, Enhanced DBS (or be willing to obtain one).
· A calm, flexible and resilient approach to the demands of school life.
· A genuine passion for supporting children's academic, social and emotional development.
· Excellent classroom management.
· Empathy and patience together with a personable and trusting approach.
