Are you passionate about cocktails, exceptional service and developing people? We're looking for a confident, proactive and hands-on Head Bartender & Trainer to join an exciting cocktail bar operation in South London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled bartender who loves being behind the bar but is equally passionate about sharing their knowledge, training others and helping a team reach its full potential. With the company preparing to open a brand-new venue in Southwest London, you'll play a key role in the pre-opening process, helping recruit, train and develop the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience from day one.

The Role:

• Lead by example behind the bar, delivering exceptional cocktails and outstanding customer service.
• Train, coach and develop the bar team, ensuring consistently high standards.
• Take a hands-on role in preparing the team for the upcoming venue opening in SW London.
• Deliver engaging and effective training on cocktail knowledge, techniques, service standards and bar operations.
• Motivate and inspire the team, creating a positive and energetic working environment.
