Key Responsibilities: Setting and operating injection moulding machines to meet production requirements Carrying out tool changes and machine start-ups Ensuring machines are running efficiently with minimal downtime Monitoring product quality and making necessary adjustments Troubleshooting processing issues and implementing solutions Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Working closely with production and quality teams to meet targets Requirements: Proven experience as an Injection Moulding Setter or similar role Strong knowledge of injection moulding processes and materials Ability to perform tool changes and machine adjustments independently Good problem-solving skills and attention xwzovoh to detail Understanding of health and safety practices in a manufacturing environment Ability to work both independently and as part of a team What's on Offer: Competitive salary of £38,000 per annum Early finish on Fridays (1:00pm) Stable, full-time position with consistent hours Supportive team environment Opportunities for training and development .
