The Role As a Factory Operator, you will play a key role in the production of our bespoke furniture.

Working as part of a skilled team, you will assist in the manufacturing process, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and finish.

Key Responsibilities Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently Assist in the production and assembly of bespoke furniture Work from technical drawings and specifications Carry out quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained Maintain a clean and organised workspace Follow health and safety procedures at all times Preferred Skills & Experience Experience working with bespoke or custom-made furniture Background in woodworking, joinery, or furniture manufacturing Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Willingness to learn and operate CNC machinery (as a significant portion of our furniture is CNC-produced) Good practical skills with hand tools, as many of our pieces are also handmade Good attention to detail and craftsmanship Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work both independently and as part of a team What xwzovoh We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Full-time, permanent position Training and development opportunities Friendly, family-oriented working environment Opportunity to work on unique, high-quality furniture projects How to Apply If you are passionate about craftsmanship and would like to be part of a growing, family-run business, we would love to hear from you.
