Foreman - Structural Alterations

Immediate Start - direct CIS or LTD role. PSR are currently working with a leading contractor on a major project in Zone 1 London, and we are seeking an experienced Structural Alterations Supervisor / Foreman to join on a day rate basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in a complex, high-profile central London scheme, with long-term work and strong earning potential. The Role Reporting directly to the Project Manager/ Contracts Manager Managing a dedicated section of structural alteration works Overseeing packages including cut & carve, demolition, temporary works, steel installations, propping, and structural modifications Supervising site teams and subcontractors, ensuring safe and efficient delivery Maintaining high standards of health & safety on technically challenging works in a constrained Zone 1 environment Requirements Proven track record as a Supervisor or Foreman on structural alterations projects Strong knowledge of temporary works, sequencing, and structural risk management Experience working on central London / live environment / complex refurb schemes (highly desirable) SMSTS or SSSTS - essential CSCS Card - essential First Aid at Work - desirable Temporary works or plant tickets - advantageous What's on Offer Direct contract with my client with strong pipeline of work Competitive day rate Plenty of overtime available (weekdays & weekends) Opportunity to work on a flagship Zone 1 projectIf you are an experienced Structural Alterations Foreman / Supervisor available immediately, please get in touch with Maayon at PSR or apply via the link
