Requirements

• We require 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years of ServiceNow architecture experience.
• We require ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator), ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer), and ITIL Foundation certifications.
• We require experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and ITSM best practices.
• We require strong experience in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripting, and Flow Designer.
• We require deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITOM, ITAM, BCM, S2P, IRM, and TPRM.
• We require hands‑on experience with ServiceNow development and integrations.
• We require ServiceNow certifications such as CAD, CSA, and CIS in areas such as ITSM, Discovery, Event Management, IRM, or TPRM.
• We require experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology and managing the end‑to‑end project lifecycle.
• We require knowledge of integrations with enterprise monitoring tools.
• We require a strong understanding of CMDB, CSDM concepts, CI relationships, and data quality controls.
• We require strong experience with Flow Designer, Workflows, and Service Catalog development.
• We require experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and data imports.
• We require familiarity with ServiceNow upgrade planning, regression testing, and best‑practice configurations.
• We require excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• We will define end‑to‑end ServiceNow architecture aligned with enterprise standards and our roadmap, designing across ITIL modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB.
• We will translate business objectives into outcomes and customer roadmaps that support digital transformation.
• We will create and manage technical governance processes.
• We will provide technical guidance to developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and producing technical documentation, design documents, and blueprints.
• We will ensure high‑quality design, maintain security and compliance protocols, and perform performance tuning to support stability.
• We will use our expertise to assess the impact of technical decisions on outcomes and enterprise architecture.
• We will work hands‑on with ServiceNow development and integrations, including scripting, Flow Designer, Workflows, Service Catalog, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and data imports.
• We will support Agile/Scrum delivery and help manage the full project lifecycle.
• We will contribute to integrations with enterprise monitoring tools and support upgrade planning and regression testing.
• We will collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams in a fast‑paced environment.
