Warehouse Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to lead a busy operational team across two sites. This role would suit an experienced Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager or Depot Manager who enjoys being on the floor, leading from the front and improving how things are done. You’ll be responsible for managing and developing the team, maintaining operational and health & safety standards, monitoring KPIs and performance, resolving customer issues and introducing practical process improvements. What we’re looking for: * Strong warehouse/operations management experience * Proven people-management and leadership skills * Experience improving processes and operational performance * Good understanding of health & safety and compliance * Counterbalance forklift licence * Full driving licence with experience driving 3.5t Luton vans * A genuinely hands-on management style This is a great opportunity for someone who wants real ownership of an operation and the opportunity to make a noticeable impact
