A well-established, property-focused London law firm is looking to hire a newly qualified to 1-year PQE Solicitor into its Real Estate Finance & Banking team.

You’ll get exposure to quality deals, work with a broad range of clients and be in an environment the values learning and development.

You'll work closely with a highly regarded Partner acting for both lenders and borrowers on a range of mid-market deals from start to finish.

The lead Partner of the team is invested in your personal growth and development.

You’ll have the wider support of 20 Solicitors, and day to day, be working within a close-knit team of 8 who are genuinely invested in junior development.

The work

You'll act primarily for banks and lenders, with exposure to borrowers including developers, funds and family offices. The team advises on a broad range of financing structures, including:

• Real estate development and investment finance
• Senior, mezzanine, stretched senior and A/B structures
• Bridging finance, whole loan funding and loan-on-loan facilities
• PRS/build-to-rent, hotel, student accommodation and co-living funding
• Loans to high-net-worth individuals on high-value residential acquisitions
• Restructuring, enforcement and inter-creditor arrangements

What you’ll need

• NQ-1 PQE Real Estate Finance & Banking Solicitor.
• Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
• Experience in property finance.
