Ensuring systems are updated with call, payment promise and query information to maintain accurate account history.  Building strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer service.  Identifying and actively driving query resolutions and credit disputes. Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to identify and minimise credit and debt risk across customer portfolio.  This is a permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday 08:00am to 5.00pm.
