THE ROLE
We are looking for a full-time Assistant General Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the venue, ensuring every aspect of the guest experience reflects the standards of the Moonrays brand. You will lead by example on the floor, support department leaders, and contribute to creating a high-performing, service-driven culture.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will coordinate daily operations across all departments, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and commercial performance. You will inspire your team, strengthen collaboration, and play an active role in developing people while maintaining a vibrant and engaging atmosphere throughout the venue.
